At Lela Rose’s Spring 2017 bridal show, classic white gowns were perfectly offset with softly bronzed skin, nude lips, and shimmery eyes. Here, three key tips to getting the beauty look, straight from the backstage pros.

Color correctors are the essential bridal beauty product you never knew you needed.
We’ll always love a traditional creamy concealer, but color correctors take the concept one step further — they contain pigments that actually cancel out redness and dark under-eye circles. Backstage at Lela Rose, makeup artist Romy Soleimani used It Cosmetics’ Bye Bye Redness Correcting Cream ($29, It Cosmetics) — great for covering blemishes — and Bye Bye Under Eye Corrector ($32, It Cosmetics) to make the models’ skin look even and rested. She then layered Your Skin But Better CC Cream ($38, It Cosmetics) on top.

Searching for an alternative to black eyeliner? Try silver.
“It’s graphic and modern but still pretty,” Soleimani says. “For your wedding, you could just do a really thin silver line on the top lid, or smudge a little silver liner into your classic taupe or nude shadow.” She made a custom silver blend by layering No Tug Waterproof Gel Eyeliner in Highlight ($22, It Cosmetics) on top of No Tug Waterproof Gel Eyeliner in Slate ($22, It Cosmetics). To intensify the shimmer, she went over the liner with Hello Light Anti-Aging Crème Illuminator ($24, It Cosmetics).

For dewy (but not sticky) lips, use gloss to set your lipstick.
To make nude lips look hydrated, full, and multi-dimensional, Soleimani applied It Cosmetics Your Lips But Better Waterproof Lip Liner Stain in Blushing Nude ($20, It Cosmetics) all over the lips and then, with her finger, pressed in a little bit of Vitality Butter Gloss in Perfect Nude ($24, It Cosmetics) to add just enough shine.
